Online meetings

The online meetings held during the implementation of the Erasmus+ project SAVE THE PLANET played a complementary role in ensuring the proper organization and execution of the program.

Through a dedicated platform and in line with the established schedule, discussions focused on planning the execution of each meeting and exchanging ideas for the optimal implementation of required activities. Best practices for collaboration and project completion were proposed, and specific unforeseen situations arising during the program's implementation were resolved effectively.

2nd 4- OCTOB 2023 about the 2nd LTT meeting to Mula-Spain
3rd 8- APRIL 2024 about the 3rd LTT meeting to La Spezia-Italy
4th 12- MAY 2024 staff meeting about the organization of our last months

of the project
5th 21- FEBR 2024 middle term meeting about the evaluation of the first

year of our project
6th 13- JUNE 2024 meeting with the spanish general coordinator as the

previous coordinator of this project couldn't participate

because of personal problems
7th 12- Sept 2024 about the 4th LTT meeting in Volos-Greece
